This information is generated by the server or hosting provider/CDN services and is used solely to ensure the security and functioning of the website.

Technical and server log data: processed based on the legitimate interest of the controller to ensure security and proper functioning of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Performance cookies (Microsoft Clarity): only processed with your explicit consent provided via the cookie banner.

4. Data Retention

Data submitted via the contact form is retained only for the time necessary to resolve your inquiry, for a maximum of 6 months.
Server and technical log files are typically retained by the hosting provider for 7 to 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted as part of log rotation.
Selective deletion of individual log entries (e.g., by IP address) is not technically possible.
